As the September moon continued its celestial dance, I embraced the night once again in my signature Wednesday costume—a dress as dark as midnight with a white collar that mirrored the moon's gentle luminosity. The garden was my destination for another moon ritual.
Tonight, I sought out yarrow, an herb of protection and divination. As I gathered its fragrant blossoms, I contemplated the importance of shielding our peculiar family from the prying eyes of outsiders and seeking insight from the unseen.
In the garden, I encountered Thing, its formless presence a reminder of the mysteries that surround us. We engaged in moonlit whispers, sharing secrets and insights known only to those who dwell in the shadows.
With the ritual complete, Thing and I returned to the mansion, the moon's ethereal light guiding our steps as we prepared for the nights yet to come in September.
