Today, we harvested the last of the winter flowers. Their delicate petals will be used in our potions and decorations. My Brother and I worked side by side, our hands moving in sync. My Wednesday dress, slightly dirtied from the work, bore the marks of our labor. Each flower we picked was a reminder of the beauty in the dark.
